Delivery
All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and the weekend are not processed till the Monday.
Delivery within UK:
Spend over £70 – FREE Delivery
Spend under £70 - £1 per item for Standard Delivery
Spend under £70 - £5 for Next Day Delivery
How is my order sent?
All orders are either sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Larger orders are sent via a courier.
UK orders which are sent via Royal Mail can not be queried about until 7 working days have elapsed.
EU orders can not be queried until 15 working days have elapsed.
Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
