Price Promise at Luxury Beauty Online
Found somewhere cheaper online?
Here at Luxury Beauty Online we believe in giving the best value for money for our products and we promise that if you can find an identical product sold cheaper elsewhere within 7 days we will give you back the difference.
Our Price Promise is that if you find:
- An authorised Dermalogica online stockist in the UK. This does not include auction sites.
- The products must be for sale from a UK supplier.
- The price must be inclusive of VAT. Please note that products bought from the Channel Islands, Jersey etc are not subject to UK VAT and therefore are not eligible.
- The price must be the normal retail price. Items which are on offer or discounted.
What do I do if I want to claim?
If you have found a product cheaper than Luxury Beauty Online please contact us with the following information:
- Email us at info@luxurybeautyonline.co.uk
- Your Luxury Beauty Online order number and the date it was purchased.
- The URL of the site containing the product.
- The product name, size and price of the cheaper product.
