Return policy
If you are unhappy at any time with the items you have received or you are not entirely satisfied with the product then we would gladly accept return of the goods and will provide you with a full refund of the items.
If you are returning an item it must be:
- Within 30 days of purchase.
- All the products must be unopened, unused and the security seals must be fully intact.
- The products must be undamaged.
- Please note that any items that do not comply with the above rules will be ineligible for a refund.
For Dermalogica products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund.
Please note we cannot refund postage costs.
If you had free delivery, Luxury Beauty Online reserves the right to deduct the original postage cost to us from your final refund.
We recommend sending the item via recorded post or insured as we will not be able to give a refund if you item is lost on its return to us.
Please note that any items that are damaged in transit will be ineligible for a refund. It is important that items are adequately packaged.
To receive your refund please follow the instructions below:
- Email us at returns@luxurybeautyonline.co.uk and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return.
- Await a reply from us to the email sent.
